Screenwriter Mohamed Salama said that director Ahmed Fawzi left our world today at the age of 51.
Salama confirmed, in a special statement to Masrawy, that his friend suffered several months ago from the Corona virus, but he recovered and became in good health.
He continued: “I spoke with him yesterday, and he was in his office at the time and in good health, and in the evening he felt some pain in the chest area and was transferred to Sheikh Zayed Hospital after that, to leave after suffering a heart attack.”
Director Ahmed Fawzi presented a number of works, most notably the series “Mesh A Thousand and One Nights,” “Activist in the Children’s Movement,” “Breaking the Silence,” and collaborated with his friend Muhammad Salama in several works, including “The Mall”, “The Deal”, and “Mashrouat Dead.”
