Ahmed Abu Abla, head of the medical device for the Al-Ahly football team, revealed the date of the return of the duo Muhammad Mahmoud and Walid Suleiman to attend group training and then matches in the next period.
In press statements, Abu Abla said that Muhammad Mahmoud will return after a month at the most, and his return may be hastened to come after only 3 weeks, to regularly attend training.
Al-Ahly doctor praised Mohamed Mahmoud’s work during the treatment and rehabilitation period, indicating that he is progressing at a steady pace and improving significantly, to come close to returning to the stadiums.
Mohamed Mahmoud had undergone knee surgery that kept him away from group training, but he is now implementing a rehabilitation program in its final stage before returning to training.
On Walid Suleiman, Abu Abla pointed out that the veteran Al-Ahly wing recovered from his recent injury, and participated in training normally, to be ready to participate if the technical staff wanted.
Al-Ahly’s doctor indicated that Walid Suleiman is not suffering from any pain or injuries at the present time, opening the door to his travel with Al-Ahly to Sudan to face Mars in the next round of the Champions League.
