Hamad Ibrahim, the general coach of Ismaili, believes that the basic task of the coaching staff at the beginning is based on the psychological stability of the players.
Ismaily announced that Ihab Jalal had taken over the technical leadership of the team after Dragan Jovic was sacked due to poor results.
Hamad Ibrahim told FilGoal.com: “If the players’ anxiety continues, this will not help the coaching staff to make the necessary changes.”
“Our mission at the beginning depends on the psychological stability of the players in order to cause a breakthrough in performance and results,” he explained.
Hamad Ibrahim added, “Getting into the minds of the players and killing anxiety is an important thing that we seek.”
He continued, “We are waiting for us to be accompanied by success in our work until the results of what we will do within the team emerge.”
Hamad Ibrahim concluded his remarks, “We are waiting for everyone’s support until we get the players out of the current crisis and achieve what everyone expects.”
Ismaily occupies the seventeenth and penultimate place in the Egyptian League standings, with 11 points from 16 matches.
Ismaily is only 3 points separate from exit from the relegation circle.
