Egypt fought its first collective training session under the leadership of Hossam El-Badry in preparation for the Kenya and Comoros matches.
The Egyptian national team is preparing for the Kenya and Comoros matches at the end of the 2021 African Nations Qualifiers in Cameroon.
Al-Badri and his technical staff met the players before the start of the training session at Cairo International Stadium.
Hossam Al-Badri, Technical Director, explained the importance of the next stage and the need to show spirit and determination to achieve the goals of this stage by qualifying for the championship.
The training session was attended by Mohamed El Shawarby and Ahmed Hossam Awad, members of the Egyptian Football Association.
It is expected that Mohamed Salah, the star of Liverpool, will participate in the training session of the Egyptian national team tomorrow, Monday, after his arrival in Cairo shortly before from England.
The Egyptian Football Association also decided to prevent visits to the national team camp before traveling to Kenya, following medical swabs for all members of the mission to avoid any mixing and to avoid infection with members of the mission whose smears will be proven negative.
Ahmed Mujahid, head of the federation, and Ahmed Hussam Awad, member of the federation, will join the headquarters of the team, after completing the swabs until the date of departure, when Mujahid will head the mission, and Awad will accompany it.
This comes within the framework of strict precautionary measures to preserve the safety of the players.
