Several ministries and government and official bodies in Egypt have approved a reward for their employees as the holy month of Ramadan approaches.
In the following report, “Masrawy” monitors the authorities that agreed to disburse the reward until Tuesday.
Dr. Mohamed Dahi, Chairman of the Health Insurance Authority, agreed to grant all employees of the Authority, its branches and units, a reward of one month of the basic salary, with a minimum of 1,500 pounds.
Dahi also agreed to disburse a reward of 1,200 pounds to the contractors on the daily and hourly system (6 hours or more). On the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, a deduction from the Authority’s budget for the fiscal year 2020/2021.
The Health Insurance Authority has set the conditions for disbursing the remuneration to all hired employees, all-time contractors, seconded and seconded to work at the authority, who are in service until today.
Such remuneration shall not be disbursed to the following categories: those transferred to the criminal court, those suspended from work, seconded and seconded to work outside the authority.
The Egyptian Ambulance Authority decided to spend 450 pounds as a bonus for all the authority’s employees. As an encouragement to them for the exerted effort during the last period.
Dr. Mohamed Gad, head of the Ambulance Authority, stressed that the value of the remuneration will be paid to the workers on the job during the current month of March, provided that the disbursement will take place on April 8, just before the holy month of Ramadan.
Ministry of Endowments
Dr. Muhammad Mukhtar Jumaa, Minister of Endowments, decided today to spend 450 pounds for all workers, on the occasion of the approaching month of Ramadan.
The Minister of Endowments explained that this comes in view of the great and extraordinary efforts made by the workers in controlling the affairs of mosques and advancing all the work joints of the ministry, and the effort they exerted in building the houses of God (the Almighty) and assigning them to double the effort in the coming days in preparation for the holy month.
His Eminence, the Grand Imam, Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, Sheikh of Al-Azhar, decided to pay a reward of 1,000 pounds to workers in the sectors of the sheikhdom, on the occasion of the blessed month of Ramadan.
The decision of the Sheikh of Al-Azhar, which “Masrawy” obtained a copy, stipulated that the remuneration shall be paid to the permanent and temporary workers in the regions, educational departments and Al-Azhar institutes, and those contracting with the quota system.
Al Azhar university
Dr. Muhammad Al-Mahrasawi, President of Al-Azhar University, decided to spend a financial reward of 1,000 pounds to all employees of the university in Cairo and the regions. Match their sincere efforts during the first semester exams in light of the Coronavirus pandemic.
The university president said that he stressed the necessity of disbursing this bonus prior to the blessed month of Ramadan for all university employees, including faculty members, assisting staff, administrators and workers. In view of the exerted effort, support for them, and relief from their shoulders as the holy month of Ramadan approaches.
Mahmoud Al-Matini, President of Ain Shams University, issued a decision to pay a reward of 1,000 pounds on the occasion of the blessed month of Ramadan to employees of the university in its various faculties, institutes and administration in accordance with the following controls:
– The remuneration includes employees of the university in its various colleges (employees – workers – temporary employment – military education – guest house).
– The remuneration is paid to those at work during the period from 3/16/2021 until 3/31/2021.
Remuneration is paid to workers on the earnings item from the same item from which the salary is paid.
Remuneration is paid to those assigned to the university.
The remuneration payment does not apply to the gentlemen who are subject to Law 118 of the Medical Professions.
