Ahmed Hegazy, defender of the Saudi Jeddah Federation, has attended the training of the Egyptian national team, as it prepares to face Kenya in the penultimate round of the African Nations Cup qualifiers.
Hegazy joined the Egyptian team’s mission recently in Nairobi, to participate in the main training session of Hossam El-Badry’s team before the Kenya match Thursday evening.
On the other hand, Ayman Ashraf underwent therapeutic training after suffering from a rough knee that caused him not to participate in the group training session before the team traveled to Nairobi.
Egypt tops Group G with 8 points, on goal difference from the Comoros Islands, while Kenya is ranked third with 3 points, and Togo is behind with one point.
