Mohamed Marjan, former CEO of Al-Ahly and vice president of Stadat Company, confirmed that the Red Castle is always rich in cadres, thanks to Mahmoud Al-Khatib, the club’s president, for providing him with opportunities in the position of CEO.
Hours earlier, Al-Ahly club announced, Monday evening, the appointment of Ibrahim Al-Kafrawy, a member of the board of directors, as acting executive director, as a substitute for Brigadier Mohamed Morgan.
“I hope that I have made the most of my efforts during my time as CEO of Al-Ahly,” Morjan added in statements to Ontime Sports.
He continued: “Everyone is devoted to Al-Ahly, as the club appreciates him greatly, and we endured great pressure during the difficult period in which I was in the position of Executive Director of Al-Ahly.”
He concluded: “In the new place, I will serve sports in general and will apply what I learned in Al-Ahly principles and traditions, and I hope to be on a great deal of responsibility.”
Al-Ahly said in an official statement today, Monday, that the Board of Directors in its meeting thanked and saluted Brigadier Mohamed Morgan, Executive Director, for the period he spent sincerely at the head of the club’s executive management. The Board wished him all success in his new assignment after his appointment and assuming his duties as deputy chairman of the National Stadium Company, which Al-Ahly Club is proud of and is pleased with his successful partnership with it through the economic unity project.
