Mohamed Saafan, Minister of Manpower, emphasized the interest of the Egyptian state and the political leadership in employment in general and regular employment in particular, pointing out that the grants provided for irregular employment are the beginning and not the end, indicating that during the current period there is an inventory of the reality in the new Alamein and the registration of Irregular workers.
The Minister of Manpower added during a telephone interview with the “Cairo Talk” program, with the journalist Khairy Ramadan, and the journalist Karima Awad, on the “Cairo and People” channel, that irregular workers are being targeted and providing them with work in the new capitals, explaining that 15 thousand citizens have been registered from Irregular employment in the Administrative Capital, and 25,000 irregular workers were counted and registered in the new Alamein.
He explained that there will be an integrated database for informal workers to reach them faster, and target social care for them.
