Dr. Kamal al-Ganzouri, the former prime minister of Egypt, died a short while ago, after a long struggle with illness, in the Air Force Hospital, in the Fifth Settlement.
Al-Ganzouri was born on January 12, 1933 in Menoufia, and assumed the presidency of the ministry from January 4, 1996 to October 5, 1999, and the military council assigned him to form the government on November 25, 2011.
He is the owner of the idea of the twentieth plan that began in 1983 and ended in 2003, and was called the Minister of the Poor and the Opposition Minister for what emerged from him at the time of his presidency of ministers and his work, which specialized in caring for the low-income.
