The capture of the Colorado attacker
The US police arrested the perpetrator of the attack, which occurred yesterday in a shopping center in Boulder, Colorado, which killed 10 people.
A video clip from the scene, broadcast by the local television station “KDVR-TV”, showed a shirtless bearded man being taken in handcuffs, and a person on a stretcher being transported to an ambulance. The tied man’s leg appeared bloodstained.
Aerial footage also showed a heavy law enforcement presence outside the mall, along with at least two ambulances.
The Boulder Police had announced earlier, that its members dealt with gunfire in a shop in the Table Mesa area, and called for moving away from the scene of the accident, where many units of security and ambulance service gathered.
Police did not give many details or the motive behind the accident, which occurred around 3 pm on Monday, in the “King Supers” grocery store in the Table Mesa area.
