The security men and the Public Prosecution failed at the time to reveal the circumstances of the accident, and according to the investigations conducted by the prosecution, Chef Niazi was the first to discover his murder, and stated in his statements that Niyazi was killed in his bedroom, and he was handcuffed from the back with a handcuff, and a sharp blade was used to cut the arteries of his hand The perpetrator gagged his mouth with a piece of cloth so as not to make a sound, and the investigation ended to restrict the crime against an unknown person after it touched on a series of political, artistic, family and women’s relations disputes, but to no avail.

Niyazi Mostafa is one of the pioneers of film directing in Egypt, and he had many cinematic fingerprints that are still stuck in the minds of many until the present time and many call him the title «Sheikh of Directors».
Niyazi Mustafa was born on November 11, 1910, in Assiut governorate, to a Sudanese notable father and a Turkish mother of high education at that time. Niyazi married twice, the first: she was from the actress Coca, who was famous for playing the role of a Bedouin in his films, and she was his assistant in the department.
