Alexandria – Mohamed Amer:
The Misdemeanor Court of Al-Raml First Appeals Court in Alexandria decided today, Monday, to end the criminal case against Ibrahim Hassan, director of football at Al-Ittihad Club of Alexandria, in the Alexandria Corniche, by reconciliation between the two parties.
The court had ruled that Captain Ibrahim Hassan was imprisoned for two years with work and a 10,000-pound bail, on the charge of driving in the opposite direction, damaging and accidentally injured in connection with the collision in Alexandria Corniche.
On December 10, Captain Ibrahim Hassan, the former Egyptian national team player and Al-Ahly club, had a traffic collision in the Loran area of Alexandria Corniche.
Investigations revealed that the player suddenly cut off the Corniche road with his car, and collided with another, which resulted in injury to him and the second car driver, as well as damage to the two cars and disrupted traffic.
The prosecution charged the director of football at Al-Ittihad Club of Alexandria in the case that carried No. 16139 of 2020 misdemeanor at Al-Raml Police Department, accusing him of driving opposite the road, injuring a mistake and damaging it, and decided to release him on a bail of 20 thousand pounds, while remaining pending investigation.
The first Raml Prosecution office in Alexandria issued a decision to refer Captain Ibrahim Hassan to trial, and today’s session has been scheduled to hear the case, so that the court will issue its advanced ruling.
