Ahmed Hassan “Coca”, the Egyptian national team player and Greek Olympiakos, said that his infection with the Corona virus was a “shock” for him, adding that this season is one of the best seasons in his career.
Coca was recently crowned with his team in the Greek League championship for the second consecutive season, in the match that saw the national team striker double against rival Panathinaikos in the enemies’ derby. (See my goal Coca)
During an interview with “Red Champion”, Coca said: “I dedicate winning the league championship this season to my parents, the people close to me, and all my friends and Olympiacos fans.”
“I feel very happy with the club, everything here is great, the coach and my team-mates,” he added.
About his future with the Greek team, he said: “I am very happy at the moment, I do not think about the future at all, but there are still a lot of things that I strive to achieve, I am hungry for more.”
He continued: “On the individual level, I really think that I played a good season, I do not know if this was the best for me, especially since I played fewer matches due to my infection with the Corona virus.”
He continued: “If I had a chance to play more minutes to play, maybe there would be bigger teams with more goals, but as I always say (praise be to God) and everything that happens in our life we should be grateful to him .. Yes, this is one of the best seasons for me, but I Always look forward to recording more. ”
And about his infection with the Corona virus, Coca said: “When I learned of my infection, it was a shock for me, I could not believe it at the time I got the results, however, I thought that I only had to accept the destiny of God for me.”
He concluded: “I had to be patient and wait for the moment when everything is going well. It was a difficult time in my life because I did not know if I would play football again or not.”
