Real Madrid said in a statement, “The medical examinations conducted for our player Ramos, by Real Madrid’s medical services, showed that he suffers from a muscle injury in the connective muscle of his left leg.”
“We are now waiting for his condition to develop,” the statement added.
Real Madrid play Eibar in the Spanish League on Saturday, before playing 3 fiery matches within a week.
Real Madrid will start its highly anticipated matches with Liverpool in the first leg of the Champions League quarter-finals next Tuesday, then Barcelona in the Spanish League on Saturday.
He concludes his fiery matches with the return leg against Liverpool in England.
Ramos had just recovered from knee surgery and made two appearances as a substitute for Spain during the international break.
