According to the Italian website Calcio Mercato, Milan’s first bid was 6 million euros, in addition to one million euros in incentives.
Then Milan increased his last offer and became 7 million euros in addition to one million euros in incentives, which was rejected.
Donnarumma has been paid 6 million euros a season since his contract was renewed in 2017.
The report added that Milan will raise its bid if the Lombard club qualifies for the Champions League next season with a two-season contract.
