Ahmed Ibrahim, administrator of Zamalek club, said in statements to the official Zamalek website: “Razzaq Cisse’s contract is documented, and it is extended with Zamalek until the end of the next season.”
He added, “It is not logical for anyone in Zamalek to have a contract for any player, as the players’ contracts remain in a private treasury for the first team.”
Some media reports claimed that Razzaq Cisse’s contract with Zamalek was not documented, and thus that he became a free player to sign with any team now.
Razak Cisse is spending the third consecutive season on loan from Zamalek to Al Ittihad of Alexandria.
The 22-year-old has participated in 15 matches this season. He scored 6 goals in them.
Razak Cisse joined the list of the first Cote d’Ivoire national team for the first time during a hiatus last March, before he was eliminated from the final list for his country.
