There are free entrance tickets available only at the main ticket sales windows of the museum, and from visitors who are exempt from paying the entrance ticket:

3- Egyptians of determination + companions
4- The White Army
5- Employees of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities
6- Sons of martyrs and war wounded
8- Graduates of the Faculty of Archeology – College of Tourism – College of Arts (Department of History, Department of Civilization) – College of Engineering – College of Fine Arts (Department of Architecture) – College of Applied Arts – Syndicate of Plastic Artists.
It is noteworthy that the work hours in the National Museum of Civilization are from Saturday to Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm, and on Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, and from 6 pm until 9 pm.
The royal mummies procession includes a number of royal mummies dating back to the times of the seventeenth, eighteenth, and nineteenth and twentieth dynasties, including 18 mummies for kings and 4 mummies for queens, and among the kings: “Ramses II, Seknen Ra, Thutmose III, Seti I, Hatshepsut, Merit Amon Ahmose and his wife Nefertari ».
