Kaizer Chiefs beats Moroccan Wydad in the Champions League


The South African Kaizer Chiefs team defeated its Moroccan guest Wydad 1-0 during the match that brought them together today, Saturday, in the fifth and penultimate round of Group C of the African Champions League, which also saw the Guinean team, Hourias victory over Pietro Atletico of Angola 1-0.

Kaizer Chiefs owes his credit to Bernard Parker, who scored the game’s only goal in the 48th minute.

The match saw the dismissal of Kaizer Chiefs, Daniel Akebe and Samir Nurkovic, in the 41st and 89th minutes.

Kaizer Chiefs raised his score to eight points in third place and Wydad’s score stopped at ten points at the top of the standings, knowing that he had qualified for the quarter-finals before this match.

In the second match, Houria of Guinean defeated Pietro Atletico of Angola with a clean goal, scored by Sico Camara in the second minute of the match.

Houria raised his score to eight points in second place, and Petro Atleticos score stopped at one point in the last fourth place.
