Osama Nabih, general coach of Zamalek club, confirmed that the team’s condition is the most important in the summit matches against Al-Ahly club, indicating that the team respects the Egyptian referees.
Next Sunday, Zamalek will cast with its traditional rivals Al-Ahly in a postponed match from the fourth week in the Egyptian WE League championship.
Nabih said in statements to Zamalek TV: “We must continue with the state in which we appeared in the previous matches, although we did some rotation and benefited from the principle of rotation.”
He added, “Your eyes are always on the summit match and for the players to have fear and anxiety. Thinking is focused on that match, but we have managed to separate the players from it, and the next match will be very important.”
And the coach of Zamalek added: “There is pressure in the matches and the rest day separates you, and we avoided the delay in the meeting in front of the border guards, and the players entered the match quickly, and the expulsion was a factor affecting the guard, and we started a good series of the Mouloudia match in the Champions League.”
Nabih concluded his remarks: “The most important thing in the summit matches is how your condition is, and I hope that our condition will be good in front of Al-Ahly. We have great respect for the Egyptian referees and we must focus on the 90 minutes and be on good faith and perform well, and that will be the return of the absent players.”
Zamalek had qualified for the round of 16 in the Egypt Cup, after the Hors el-Hodoud team eliminated the tournament after defeating it by three goals against one goal.
