Reports: “Twitter” tried to acquire “Club House” for 4 billion dollars


The talks took place – according to the “TechCrunch” technical website – during the past several months, but they are not continuing at the present time and the reason for their end is unknown.
It is worth noting that the Bloomberg Economic Network had revealed that the talks with Twitter had collapsed while the Clubhouse app was looking for a change in strategy to pursue additional capital insurance.
Twitter already has a very similar Clubhouse product called Twitter Spaces, which is the voice chatroom feature that has been gradually rolling out to its user base over the past few months.
