On Thursday, Saudi security announced the arrest of an armed man who chanted terrorist phrases inside the Grand Mosque.
The media spokesman for the Makkah region police said that the security force of the Grand Mosque spotted a person carrying a white weapon and chanting expressions in support of terrorist groups and organizations after the Tuesday afternoon prayers, corresponding to 08/17/1442 AH, on the first floor of the Grand Mosque.
He added that he was immediately arrested and arrested, and all legal measures were taken against him.
