Books – Ramadan Hassan:
The football team of Al-Ahly club continued its training in preparation for the Zamalek match at the top of the postponed round of the fourth week of the Egyptian We League competition, which is scheduled to be held next Sunday evening at the “Cairo Stadium”.
The correspondent of “Masrawy” at Al-Ahly Club stated that Mahmoud Al-Khatib, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Red Castle, was keen to be present at the team’s training in order to support the players before the summit.
The training also witnessed Walid Suleiman’s participation in part of the group training session after the injury he suffered in front of Al-Nasr last Wednesday evening in the Egypt Cup competition.
The player had complained of a heavy back muscle, which led to his request not to complete the match so that the injury would not worsen, as happened in the National Bank match.
Al-Ahly will play the Zamalek match amid the absence of a large number of absences due to injury, and the Tunisian international Ali Maaloul, right-back Mohamed Hani, Mahmoud Wahid, Hamdi Fathi and Junior Ajayi come on top of them. Doubts are also raised about the main team goalkeeper, Mohamed El-Shenawi, joining the summit after being infected with the Corona virus (Covid 19 ).
It is worth noting that Al-Ahly ranks fourth in the league competition with 27 points from 11 games, while Zamalek tops the table with 33 points from 14 games.
