French coach Patrice Carteron, coach of the Zamalek club, announced the list preparing for the MCA match, which will be held next Saturday, within the accounts of the fifth round of the group stage of the African Champions League competition.
The list witnessed the emergence of several names, the most prominent of which is Mohamed Abdel Shafi, who was absent since the beginning of the season due to injury, and Ahmed Fattouh returned after his absence from the Tunisian Sports Esperance match due to suspension due to the expulsion penalty.
Hazem Imam was also present after his absence due to injury, and the list also witnessed the presence of Tunisian international striker Seif El Din Jaziri, despite the player’s ineligibility to participate due to his participation in the Confederation Championship with his former team, the Arab Contractors.
The list is as follows:
Goalkeepers: Mahmoud Jensh – Muhammad Abu Jabal – Muhammad Awad.
Defense line: Hazem Imam – Ahmed Eid – Mahmoud Alaa – Mahmoud Hamdi Al-Wansh – Muhammad Abdul-Ghani – Muhammad Abdul Shafi – Ahmed Fattouh – Abdullah Jumaa.
Midfield: Tariq Hamid – Ferjani Sassi – Muhammad Ashraf Roqa – Islam Jaber – Youssef Obama – Imam Ashour – Ahmed Syed Zizou – Mahmoud Abdel Razek Shikabala – Ashraf Bin Sharqi – Hussam Ashraf.
Offensive line: Hamid Haddad – Marwan Hamdi – Saif Al-Din Al-Jaziri.
The team’s mission is scheduled to leave Cairo for Algeria at 4 pm today, in preparation for the Mouloudia team.
The fourth group ranking comes as follows: Esperance (10 points) – Mouloudia (8 points) – Zamalek (two points) – Tonegit (one point).
It is worth noting that Zamalek needs to win the matches of MCA and Senegalese Twinget in the fifth and sixth rounds of the group stage in order to qualify for the quarter-finals on the condition that the Algerian team falter in its last match against Tunisias Esperance.
