Aston Villa knock Everton away from European qualification


Aston Villa beat Everton 2-1 in the match between the two teams in the 34th round of the English Premier League “Premier League” at Goodison Park Stadium.

The match witnessed the presence of Egyptian Ahmed Al-Muhammadi, the Aston Villa player, on the bench throughout its events, and on the other hand, Mahmoud Hassan Trezeguet was absent due to his injury.

Everton’s loss caused him to move away from the qualifying centers for the European Championships after his score stopped at 52 points in eighth place, nine points behind fourth and two points behind sixth in the European League, and one point from seventh place qualifying for the newly created European CONFERENCE Championship.

On the other hand, Aston Villa scored 48 points in ninth place in the ranking table.

Watkins led the way for Aston Villa in the 13th minute, before Calvert Lewin quickly equalized in the 19th minute.

Anwar Al Ghazi decided the match in favor of Aston Villa with the second goal in the 80th minute of the match.
