Moroccan striker Walid Azzaro, a former Al-Ahly player and the current Saudi Al-Itifaq player, has rejected a fictional offer to move to the Pyramids club in the coming period.
Al-Masry Al-Youm learned that the offer made by Pyramids to the former Al-Ahly player guaranteed that he would receive one million dollars annually.
Azaro confirmed his desire to professionalize abroad, stressing that if he returned to play in the Egyptian League, he would only be in the Al-Ahly club, with whom he had previously crowned the league’s top scorer.
Azaro left Al-Ahly last October to join Al-Ettifaq Club, Saudi Arabia, on a contract that extends until 2022.
