Extending the reservation deadline for participation in the 52nd Cairo International Book Fair until Tuesday

The Supreme Administrative Committee of the Cairo International Book Fair decided during its meeting on Tuesday evening to extend the reservation deadline for publishers’ participation in its 52nd session scheduled to be held during the period from June 30 to July 15, 2021 at the Fairgrounds of the Fifth Settlement, until next Tuesday, corresponding to May 11.

The committee met at the headquarters of the Egyptian General Book Authority, headed by Dr. Haitham Al-Hajj Ali.

The authority receives applications to participate in the General Administration of Exhibitions at the headquarters of the Authority from ten in the morning until three in the afternoon except for Friday and Saturday.

This session comes under the slogan “Egypt’s Identity: Culture and the Question of the Future”, and the writer Yahya Haqqi is the figure of the exhibition this year.

And for the first time, a special character in the Children’s Book Fair, the writer Abdel-Tawab Youssef.
