The Egyptian Football Association – The Football Association – an official statement
The matter means deducting 3 points from the Ismaili balance in the current season in the event that the fine is not paid to the Nujoom Club and providing proof of settlement between the two parties on a date prior to March 23rd.
Al-Nujoom Club had demanded the Ismaili be compensated for Ibrahim Hassan’s transfer from the Ismaili ranks to Zamalek Club at a time.
On the other hand, the Appeals Committee decided to accept the Zamalek and Al-Ahly grievance in form, and their refusal was mentioned in the order to suspend youth players from Zamalek Ahmed Eid, Saif Farouk Jaafar, Omar Yasser, Yahya Moftah, and Saifuddin Al-Sayed after the 1999 match and support the appellant’s decision (meaning the continuation of the penalties as they are)
The Disciplinary Committee of the Football Association had decided earlier, to suspend Imam Ashour, the Zamalek player, and 5 other players, born in 1999, for 12 games due to a video of them chanting insulting slogans to some of Al-Ahly’s symbols after the 1999 born league summit between Al-Ahly and Zamalek.
Finally, the Appeals Committee decided to postpone issuing its decision regarding the appeal of Rabei Yassin, the current Petrojet coach and former youth team, to the decision to suspend him for 6 months for the next meeting.
The Disciplinary Committee had decided to suspend Rabei Yassin for 6 months, due to the events of the youth team in the North African U-20 Championship, which qualifies for the African nations for youth.
