Ahmed Mujahid, head of the temporary committee to manage the affairs of the Football Association, believes that it is easy for Zamalek to make sure that the appeal of the punishment of Imam Ashour is sent from the headquarters of the Federation.

Ahmed Mujahid said on Radio On Sport: “The letters received by the federation are sealed with an incoming stamp, and the responsible employee of the Football Association confirmed that no letter arrived from Zamalek regarding the appeal of Imam Ashour.”

He added, “I think it is easier than Zamalek to go to the prosecution to come to the headquarters of the Football Association, which is known and open to all, to confirm that the appeal of Imam Ashour will be sent.”

And he concluded his remarks, “Even if Zamalek’s appeal letter arrives and does not pay the fees for the appeal, the union refers it directly to the Appeals Committee for consideration.”
