Dr. Khaled Mujahid, a spokesman for the Ministry of Health and Population, confirmed that the community communication teams are targeting cafes, shops, markets, public transport stops, and places of worship (mosques and churches), to educate citizens who frequent these places and business owners to adhere to preventive and precautionary measures, and preventive supplies are distributed (Masks, disinfectants) on the citizens.

Dr. Khaled Mujahid, a spokesman for the Ministry of Health and Population, said that the community communication teams are educating citizens about the importance of receiving Coronavirus vaccines to protect them from the risk of infection with the virus in a way that benefits the general health of the community.

He pointed out that citizens are being educated about the need to visit the initiatives of “100 million health” to benefit from the medical services provided by them for free, explaining that the initiatives of the President of the Republic in the field of public health provided medical service, which contributed to improving the public health of citizens and reducing injuries and deaths during the face of the pandemic Corona Virus.

Mujahid called on citizens again, in the event of any symptoms of the virus, to go to the nearest hospital belonging to the Ministry of Health and Population in the governorate, or directly call the hotline (105) to receive inquiries and go to the nearest hospital. He also stressed the importance of following up with isolation patients of their health status by sending Text messages with the word “isolation” on the number (1440).
