Today, Thursday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visited a site of “Iron Dome” batteries that intercept rockets launched by Palestinian factions from the Gaza Strip.
According to the Israeli newspaper, Maariv, Netanyahu confirmed that the military operation launched by the Israeli occupation army on the Gaza Strip would take more time, stressing that hundreds of targets would be attacked, adding: “We will surpass a thousand soon,” referring to the continuation of operations and the unwillingness to calm down.
“It is impossible to 100% intercept Palestinian rockets,” Netanyahu said – according to what was reported by Al-Ghad Al-Arabi TV.
The Yediot Aharonot newspaper reported that Netanyahu informed the members of the Ministerial Council that the military operation would be prolonged.
