Zamalek participated in his training today, Saturday, under the leadership of coach Patrice Carteron, at the conclusion of preparing for the Pyramids game, which will be held on Sunday evening in the league.

Osama Nabih, the general coach of Zamalek, and Ahmed Abdel-Maqsoud, the assistant coach, held a quick session with Arto Oliveira, the coach of the team’s goalkeepers, on the sidelines of training on Saturday evening; In order to check the readiness of Mohamed Awad and Ahmed Nader Al-Sayed, the team’s goalkeepers, before the Pyramids match.

Mohamed Awwad, Ahmed Nader Al-Sayed and Mohamed Kandil, the goalkeeper of Zamalek Team 99, are performing their training under the leadership of Oliveira in the absence of the duo Mahmoud Abdel-Rahim “Jensh” and Mohamed Abu Jabal due to various injuries.

Mahmoud Abdel-Rahim “Jensh” undertook rehabilitative training at the club’s gymnasium on the sidelines of the team’s training, in light of his suffering from lower back pain that he had suffered since the team’s match against the Arab Contractors.

Abdullah Jumaa continued his absence from training this evening, due to his suffering from a pain in the inner ligament of the knee, and the medical device of Zamalek led by Muhammad Osama preferred to give Jumah a break from training so that his injury did not worsen, provided that he undergoes a special rehabilitation program.

Youssef Ibrahim “Obama”, the Zamalek playmaker, attended the team’s training, after he got a break from training yesterday, and was satisfied with performing some qualifying exercises due to stress, and returned to group training today to ensure his medical readiness for the team match against Pyramids.

The players of the first football team at Zamalek Club performed various technical exercises during the last training.

The Zamalek technical staff divided the players into groups, as each group went through different exercises, whether relying on cross balls from a steady position, or long-range shots, implementing short passes and some other technical sentences, and Carteron was keen to explain the players’ tasks during the division.

Zamalek faces the Pyramids team in the nineteenth round of the Premier League at 9:30 pm tomorrow, Sunday, at Cairo International Stadium.
