Dr. Tharwat, the father of Marwan Mohsen, the Al-Ahly striker and the Egyptian national team, confirmed that his son must return to the basic formation of the Red Genie after Mohamed Sherif’s poor performance in front of El-Gouna yesterday.

Tharwat Mohsen said in a telephone interview with the Stars in Ramadan program with radio station Naglaa Helmy and sports critic Muhammad Araqi on Youth and Sports Radio, “I did not see my son from the beginning of Ramadan because of the matches and camps, which is the last period, he will participate as an alternative in the matches.”

The father of Marwan Mohsen added, “The announcement of my son is Zarif and does not have a problem, and for which a second part will be broadcast soon, and Marwan does not participate, and people see Al-Ahly’s attackers wasting opportunities now.

The father of Marwan Mohsen continued, “Marwan’s failure to participate in the recent matches is mainly due to the point of view of the technical staff, and the level of Al-Ahly in front of El Gouna was not good. I know that injuries and match pressure are the reason, but some of the players do not need, for example, Mohamed Sharif, what happened yesterday.”

And the father of Marwan Mohsen added, “Musimani must think about giving the rest of the player opportunities in the upcoming matches, and Marwan when he plays Mbekunche with the support of his fellow midfielders.”

He added, “I would like to congratulate Al-Ahly for the step of laying the foundation stone for the stadium, as it is a historic step and Al-Ahly will always be successful, God willing.”

Mohamed Sherif, the star of Al-Ahly Club and the Egyptian national team, is living a great season with the Red Genie after his return to Al-Ahly after playing last season on loan to the Enppi team, where he tops the list of Egyptian league scorers this season with 9 goals, and he also scored 3 goals in the African Champions League.

Mohamed Sharif’s brilliance in Al-Ahly’s offensive line has become a milestone at the end of his teammate Marwan Mohsen’s career with the Red Castle, Marwan Mohsen has only scored one goal this season out of a total of 13 matches he played with a total of 395 minutes, and Marwan has since wore the Al-Ahly shirt in the summer of 2016. He played 101 matches and scored only 23 goals.

And Marwan Mohsen recently moved away from leading Al-Ahly’s attack, with the star shining Mohammed Sherif Who booked his primary seat with the red team, along with the joining of Congolese Walter Bwalia from El Gouna and Salah Mohsen’s return from his loan to Smouha.
