Mochi … the first mobile robot that can charge electric cars

An American company working in the field of green technology has developed the Mochi robot, which is the first mass-produced smart charging robot in the world and works 100 percent with green electricity, which is expected to be available starting from next June.

Mochi can be deployed to many locations and automatically find and charge electric cars, saving drivers time and effort, and as more electric vehicles hit the road, Mochi provides a flexible solution to help meet this growing demand for charging stations.

Mochi operates via the company’s smart operating system, EnOSTM, which connects and manages more than 200 gigawatts of renewable energy assets globally. The system also provides the device with 100 percent access to green electricity, allowing Mochi-charged electric vehicles to supply passengers. Journey by green electricity, or electricity produced from renewable energy.

Mochi is compatible with most electric cars in the market, and is powered by Envision’s AESC batteries with a capacity of 70 kWh and a power output of 42 kW, and the device can charge the electric car within just two hours for a driving distance of 600 km.
