The Confederation of African Football (CAF) announced the date for the African Super Cup final between Al Ahly, the Champions League champion, and the Moroccan Confederation Cup champion, the Moroccan club, Nahdet Berkane..

Al-Ahly was crowned its ninth championship in its history of the Champions League at the expense of Zamalek Club on the 27th of November of last year with the goal of Magdy Afsha.
