The Football Association: Jihad Greisha calculated 5 minutes in time, instead of lost to Zamalek and Pyramids


Officials of the FIFA Referees Committee revealed that international referee Jihad Greisha, who managed yesterday’s match between Zamalek and Pyramids in the general league, counted only 5 minutes of time instead of lost and not 8 as is reported.

Committee officials explained that Jihad Greisha only counted 5 minutes in time instead of being lost, and the fourth referee notified that, and after counting the penalty kick and replacing it, Greisha added two minutes and informed the referees of the video technique.

Committee officials indicated that Greisha played 7 and a half minutes before ending the match, and did not fire his whistle before calculating the entire lost time, as is reported.
