Wenger comments on the Benzema crisis with the French national team and the nomination of Zidane

The French coach Arsene Wenger, the former Arsenal coach, does not rule out Zinedine Zidane, the coach of Real Madrid, as coach of the national team, noting that Zidane once said he wanted to do this, so it is not difficult for me to imagine that.

Wenger said in a press statement: Perhaps one example was the experience of Zidane, who criticizes even after winning three champions, this is the world we live in. Real Madrid and Zidane have done an amazing job but this team is at the end of his life cycle, the players who brought him glory are advancing in Age.

“It is time to replenish the hard-to-replace players, Benzema Modric and Ramos are over 30 years old, and even if you spend a lot of money to replace them, you don’t know if those who come will perform at the same level,” he added.

And by asking him, how can a French person see the level of Benzema and know that he will not be in the European Championship? He replied: This issue is not related to the quality of football that Benzema has. Rather, it is related to an issue that Benzema does not know that deserves to be present in the European Nations Championship 100%. Believe me, he would have played with any team in the world.
“It is a problem outside of sports,” he concluded. He played for more than ten years at Real Madrid as a key player and not much can boast about that.
