Zamalek asks Al-Ahly to run its deferrals before resuming the league

Hussein El-Sayed, a member of the Zamalek club management committee, confirmed that he asked the Football Association not to play any match in the Premier League until all the postponed matches are completed.

Hussein El-Sayed added, in his statements after the club’s meeting in the Football Association this evening, Monday, that he requested that Zamalek not play any match until the delays are completed in order to achieve the principle of equal opportunities for all teams.

Zamalek occupies the top of the table with 55 points, while Al-Ahly occupies second place with 41 points, and the Red team has 6 postponed matches.

The Zamalek team received a 5-day rest after Negative draw with El Gouna teamYesterday, Sunday, the team is scheduled to resume training next Saturday in preparation for the Aswan match scheduled for June 17 in the twenty-sixth round of the league competition.
