Ferjani Sassi, the star of the Zamalek team, was injured during his participation with his country, Tunisia, during the friendly match that he is currently collecting with the Democratic Republic of the Congo, at the “Hammadi Al-Aqrabi” stadium in Rades, as part of preparations for the 2022 World Cup qualifiers.
Sassi participated with the Tunisian national team since the beginning of the match, before he was injured and had to leave the match stadium in the 81st minute, and Essam Jabali entered his place.

Ali Maaloul, the star of Al-Ahly, and Saif Al-Din Al-Jaziri, the Zamalek striker, will sit on the bench of the Tunisian national team in tonight’s meeting against the Democratic Republic of the Congo, led by Argentine coach Hector Cuper, in his first appearance with the Panthers team after signing his training contracts last week.
