Al-Ahly club revealed that it had obtained a ruling from the International Court of Sports fining Etoile du Sahel and Soleimani Coulibaly, the Ivorian striker, with a sum of one million and 400 thousand dollars.

According to Al-Ahly’s official website, the International Sports Court rejected the appeal submitted by the Tunisian Etoile du Sahel and the Ivorian Soleimani Coulibaly, the former Al-Ahly player, and supported the decision issued by the International Football Association to oblige the Etoile du Sahel and the player to pay one million and 400 thousand dollars to Al-Ahly club.

Al-Ahly also revealed that the fine will be added to secondary fines of 15%, as of October 2019, with the Tunisian club Etoile du Sahel to pay litigation fees.

The Ivorian Soleimani Coulibaly had fled from Al-Ahly earlier, despite the continuation of his contract with the club.

Soleimani Coulibaly played with Al-Ahly in 2017 for 12 matches. He scored 6 goals.

The 27-year-old participated with Etoile du Sahel this season in 32 matches. He scored 13 goals and assisted three others.
