FilGoal | News | Ramy Shaaban: Elneny is important to Arsenal and I hope Salah stays in Liverpool. Ibrahimovic asks me about Mido

Ramy Shaaban, the former Arsenal and Sweden goalkeeper, wished to see Mohamed Salah wearing the London team’s shirt, and he also praised Mohamed Elneny.

Ramy Shaaban, a former Zamalek player and Dina farmer, went through many professional experiences, wore the Swedish national team shirt and played in the 2006 World Cup.

Ramy Shaaban said: “I would have liked Mohamed Salah to play in Arsenal before joining Chelsea because his style of play is suitable for the team.”

He praised Mohamed Elneny, via Ontime Sports 2: “He is not the best, but he is very important for the group and he has energy to give to the team. He is a good player and he will not be in Arsenal if he is not a good player, and his level is consistent.”

He continued, “His return from Turkey’s Besiktas and playing wonderfully shows his character, so I love him and hope he continues with Arsenal.”

Regarding his opinion on the future of Mohamed Salah, he added, “I would prefer him to stay with Liverpool in order to continue in the English Premier League, and the French league is not as strong as the English if he moved to Paris Saint-Germain, and so that Salah would benefit more in the stronger league.”

“It is difficult to say no to Barcelona and Real Madrid because of history and everything.”

And he concluded, “I met Zlatan Ibrahimovic several months ago, and we always talk about Ahmed Hossam Mido and reassure him, as well as Mido asks me about Zlatan because they joined together in Ajax, I love him and he is a direct person.”
