Hashish told FilGoal.com: “The reason why Ferjani Sassi did not renew Zamalek is the absence of money, and what is said about the existence of contracts and his willingness to sign is not true.”
And he added, “Ferjani Sassi came to the office with Muhannad Aoun and in the presence of Ayman Younes. Khaled Refaat and Hussein al-Sayed were present, but before the negotiation session they sat in another room.”
He revealed, “Sassi asked me 66 million pounds (3.5 million euros) per season, and ask Ayman Younes because the file was with him in detail.”
He stressed, “This is what happened, how do we give the player an amount like that. Why are we discussing this matter, the money is the reason why Sassi did not renew Zamalek. The club did not really have money, and what was said (words of authorship).”
And earlier today, Ferjani Sassi, the Zamalek player, published نشر whose contract expires at the end of the current season, posted a video on Twitter, explaining what he described as “one of the facts I talked about.”

Younis was a member of the Executive Committee and supervising the ball after the appointment of the Ahmed Al-Bakry committee to succeed Mortada Mansour after his dissolution, while Ibrahim Abdullah and Tariq Hashish after the resignation of Younis, with the Imad Abdel Aziz committee that succeeded Ahmed Al-Bakri after his death from his illness.

Sassi had written on Twitter 10 days ago: “I am proud of the most important period in my life with Zamalek Club, and God knows that I have been faithful to this entity inside and outside the stadium.”
He added, “The great Zamalek fans remain my true supporter at all stations.”
Sassi completed “the best of what God has chosen. Soon I will clarify all the facts.”
Sassi’s contract expires at the end of the current season with Zamalek, after joining him three years ago.
Sassi had joined the Tunisian national team camp since the beginning of June, where the Carthage Eagles played three friendly matches and the player was injured and did not participate, and he has not returned to Cairo since that time.
Ferjani Sassi joined Zamalek in 2018 from the Saudi club Al-Nasr. With them, he won the African Confederation Cup, the African Super Cup, the Egypt Cup, the Egyptian Super Cup, as well as the friendly Egyptian-Saudi Super Cup.
Sassi participated with Zamalek in 103 matches. He scored 16 goals and assisted 17 others.
