Mali advanced early through Khalifa Coulibaly in the fourth minute of the match.
Bwalya, who appears for the first time under the leadership of Cooper, went out between the two halves of the meeting, and Shadrick Akulu participated in his place.
Aliou Diang came out in the 64th minute and was replaced by Moussa Kiabou in the middle of Al-Nour Stadium.
The Mali team is preparing to face Tunisia on June 15, after losing to Algeria last week with a clean goal.
