Yallakora visitors watched with us the Egyptian Olympic team match against its South African counterpart, which will be held today, Thursday, as part of the preparation stage for participation in the Tokyo Olympics 2020.
Egypt is preparing to participate in the group that includes Spain, Argentina and Australia.
The South African team started the match strongly and managed to threaten the Egyptian team’s goal after only 4 minutes with a free kick that was executed with an elaborate sentence, but the guest striker hit the ball next to the post.
Mostafa Mohamed advanced to Egypt in the 18th minute of the match after a cross from Ahmed Fattouh, which was received by the Pharaohs striker with a header that went into the net.
The offside denied Mustafa Mohamed a second goal in the 26th minute of the match, after he got a pass from Ibrahim Adel, received in an illegal position and scored it in the goal.
After a wonderful attack led by Ibrahim Adel in the 42nd minute, then he gave the ball to Ahmed Yasser Rayan, who passed it in the left to rise from the back, Ahmed Fattouh to hit it once with the outside foot and bounced from the far post.
Shawky Gharib made two substitutions at the beginning of the second half, with Imam Ashour’s participant, instead of Akram Tawfiq, who was injured at the end of the first half, and Ahmed Abdel Qader instead of Ahmed Yasser Rayan.
Mostafa Mohamed scored the second goal for the Olympic team in the 54th minute, after he got a wonderful interface from Aboul Fotouh to be unique to the South African goalkeeper and hit a wonderful ball against the outside of the foot into the net.
Osama Jalal played a fixed ball from the edge of the penalty area towards the right and executed it superbly in the 59th minute, but the South African goalkeeper caught it superbly.
Shawky Gharib made 3 substitutions, with the participation of Mahmoud Al-Jazzar, Nasser Maher, and Ammar Hamdi, at the expense of Osama Jalal, Ibrahim Adel, and Karim Al-Iraqi.
