“Giza”: Total closure of the Central Ring Road in both directions tomorrow for 13 hours

Giza Governorate said that as part of the implementation of loading trials for the bridges of the Middle Ring Road project (Badrashin – Fayoum Desert sector) in both directions, a total closure of the Central Ring Road in both directions will be made to vehicle movement, specifically from its intersection with Fayoum Road to its intersection with Aswan Agricultural Road As of Friday, 4/6/2021, starting from 6:00 am until 6:00 pm, then the traffic will be opened again only in the direction coming from Helwan to the Cairo-Fayoum Desert Road from 10:00 am, and the direction coming from the Cairo-Fayoum Road to Helwan continues to be closed

In a press statement, Thursday, the governorate added that the General Traffic Department has prepared the necessary traffic diversion to facilitate the citizens, as follows:

Cars coming from the highway towards Fayoum Road are walking towards the house that leads to the Aswan Agricultural Road.

Cars coming from Fayoum Road and El Dabaa Road towards the Autostrad Road go towards Fayoum Road and then take the regional ring road or the ring road. With regard to transport vehicles, they take the regional road only.

Giza Governorate indicates that the General Directorate of Giza Traffic, in coordination with the General Directorate of Traffic, has appointed the necessary traffic services on the Aswan Agricultural Road to manage the traffic coming from the Middle Ring Road towards the Aswan Agricultural Road, as well as appointing the necessary traffic services at the ramps leading to the Middle Ring Road from the Aswan Agricultural Road to prevent the rise of Vehicles on the central ring road, in addition to setting up traffic services on Fayoum Road at the turning slot located in front of the second gate of Hadayek Al-Ahram City to prevent transport vehicles from reaching Al-Remaya Square and returning again to Fayoum Road and the Regional Ring Road.
