Mirror decides Mohamed Salah’s future with Liverpool

The British newspaper, “Mirror”, confirmed that Liverpool is working on the file of those departing from the club during the coming period.

The newspaper pointed out in its report that the future of the Egyptian Mohamed Salah is still undecided.

The report stated that Liverpool is studying the position of its Japanese player Minamino, in light of Southampton’s interest in keeping him in the team, where he plays for him on loan.

Offers are also expected to come from Xherdan Shaqiri, who made just seven appearances last season, with Liverpool looking to fetch £60m for his sale.

The English journalist David Lynch also incited the Egyptian star, Mohamed Salah, the Liverpool player, to leave the ranks of the Reds club, after the end of his contract.

Mohamed Salah’s contract with Liverpool ends in the summer of 2023, and the Reds have not decided the file to renew the pharaoh’s contract so far.

And David Lynch said in statements highlighted by the newspaper “Liverpool Echo”: “We are in a difficult time due to the financial crisis experienced by the clubs, and the renewal of Mohamed Salah’s contract, in addition to a large number of Liverpool players whose contracts expire in the summer of 2023, a decision that seems difficult for the Reds management.”

He continued, “If I were in Mohamed Salah’s place, I would not renew my contract with Liverpool, it would be ridiculous, look at Harry Kane, who signed a long contract with Liverpool, and now he wants to leave, and he is having difficulty with that.”
