South African Betso Musimani, coach of Al-Ahly club, praised the former coach of Egypt’s national team, Hassan Shehata, and that he is one of the best coaches in the history of African football.
Musimani said in statements to Islam Al-Shater on Al-Ahly channel: “Hassan Shehata faced him as a coach with the Egyptian national team when I was in charge of the South African national team, but he is a great legend and has made great achievements for Egypt, and he is like a father.
Musimani added: “What Hassan Shehata achieved with the Egyptian national team is a great achievement that is difficult to achieve, and he is one of the best coaches in the history of African football.”
Pitso Mosimane, Al-Ahly coach, has achieved many records during his tenure for the Red Genie, since he took over the task last October and his success in achieving 3 championships with Al-Ahly, starting with the African Champions League, then the Egypt Cup and finally the African Super, other than achieving third place and the bronze medal. During the participation in the FIFA Club World Cup in Qatar last February.
