An official source confirmed that the Saudi Al-Nasr Club is interested in contracting Mahmoud Hamdi “Al-Wensh”, the defender of Zamalek club, during the next stage, noting that there is a reservation on the part of the Zamalek club’s management currently regarding the neglect of the defender.
The newspaper, “Okaz Saudi Arabia”, on its website, indicated that the Al-Nasr administration is looking for a foreign defender to replace the Brazilian defender Maicon Pereira, whose contract with Al-Nasr has expired.
The Saudi newspaper indicated that the agents of a number of distinguished players were addressed, most notably the “Winch”.
A source in Zamalek said during statements to “Yalla Koura”, “The Saudi victory is already interested in contracting with the winch during the coming period.”
He continued, “Al-Nassr wants to include the player, either permanently or on loan.”
He added, “There has been communication, but there is a reservation with the Zamalek administration regarding compromising the player’s services during the next stage.”
And the newspaper “Al-Riyadia al-Saudi” previously stated that Mano Menez, coach of the Saudi Al-Nasr club, insisted on contracting a foreign player in the defense line, due to the large number of players Abdul-Ilah Al-Omari and Abdullah Mado, with the Saudi national teams in the coming period.
It is noteworthy that “Al Wensh” extended his contract with Zamalek in September 2018 for a period of 4 seasons, other than what was left in his contract during that period.
