Mathlouthi: Zamalek fans promised to win the African title.. Tarek Hamed deserves the English Premier League

Tunisian Hamza Mathlouthi, right-back of the first football team in Zamalek, promised the White Castle fans to fight for the African Champions League title, stressing that he loves the fans of Zamalek and did not expect the amount of support he received from them.

The Tunisian player said in statements to the Zamalek channel that he thanks his colleagues and the French coach, Patrice Carteron, for his support in the recent period, adding that the Brazilian Dani Alves is his idol.

Mathlouthi stressed that this support is the secret behind the improvement in his level and his better appearance in the last rounds of the last league.

The Tunisian full-back explained that the victory in the Al-Ittihad of Alexandria and Ceramica matches was an indication of Zamalek’s victory in the league championship, adding that the league is a very expensive title for the team.

The white team player praised his colleague, Tariq Hamed, the star of Zamalek, saying: “I will not give Tariq Hamed his right, no matter what I talk about. He is a model player and a leader, and he has important roles within the team, and he deserves to play in the English Premier League.”

Mathlouthi stressed that he will do his best to give his best in the next stage, in order to reserve his place in the squad.

The Tunisian star praised the fans of Zamalek, explaining that they deserve many championships in the coming period.

The right-back of Zamalek thanked the team’s medical staff for the effort they made with the players in the past season.

Mathlouthi concluded his statements by revealing his preference for following old Egyptian films, especially Adel Imam’s.
