Queiroz includes 7 players from Zamalek for the Egyptian national team list against Libya

The technical staff of the Egyptian national team, led by Carlos Queiroz, decided to summon 7 players from Zamalek for the two matches of Libya in the World Cup, and they are Muhammad Abu Jabal, Mahmoud Al Wensh, Ahmed Sayed Zizou, Ahmed Fattouh, Mohamed Abdel Shafi, Tariq Hamed and Mustafa Fathi.

The technical staff agreed to include the Zamalek sevens in the list, despite the cessation of activity and the absence of the white team from playing any matches during the last period, especially since the main strength of the national team consists of Al-Ahly and Zamalek players.

The technical staff of the national team, led by Carlos Queiroz, set this September 26 as the date for announcing the names of the players selected to join the team’s next camp, in preparation for the Libyan team’s matches in the third and fourth rounds of the Sixth African Group for World Cup qualifiers.

It was also decided that the camp would start on September 28 so that the team could play a friendly match on September 30, and that the team would resume its camp on October 2 after resting on October 1, so that the camp would continue until the two matches in Libya.

The International Football Association decided to hold the match between Egypt and Libya in the third round of Group F of the African qualifiers for the World Cup at nine in the evening on October 8, and decided to hold the match of the two teams in the fourth round in Benghazi at nine in the evening (the eighth in Libya) on October 11.

The Egyptian Football Association had concluded its agreement with the Liberian Federation to hold a friendly match between the two countries teams on September 30, and set it at nine in the evening at the Army Stadium in Borg El Arab, which is also scheduled to witness the Libya match.
