The Turkish Galatasaray team suffered a fatal loss 1-0 against Alanyaspor, in the match that brought the two teams together, today, Sunday, at the “Turk Telecom Stadium”, in the fifth round of the Turkish League.
Mustafa Mohamed, the star of the Zamalek team, loaned to Galatasaray, participated in the match as a substitute in the second half, instead of Khalil Darwish Oglu.
Galatasaray fans launched a sharp attack on the social networking site “Twitter”, due to his poor technical and physical level, and his failure to score goals this season.
The fans demanded his departure from the team, and the Galatasaray officials demanded his return to Zamalek and the purchase of a new striker next January, and not to waste the club’s money in a losing deal.
And earlier, Fateh Tarim, coach of the first football team at Galatasaray Club, warned Mostafa Mohamed, the current striker of the team loaned from Zamalek.
The Turkish newspaper, “Photospor”, revealed the Galatasaray coach’s frustration with Mustafa Muhammad due to his loss of focus in the matches due to the professional offers that came to him recently, such as the French club Bordeaux.
And Galatasaray player Fatih Tarim warned Mustafa Mohamed, saying: “If you want to play in the French or English league, you must implement what I tell him on the field, otherwise you will leave the team at the end of the season and will not be professional, but you will return to your former team in Zamalek.”
For his part, sports journalist Karim Hassan Shehata confirmed, during television statements, that there are correspondences between Galata Saray and some Zamalek officials for the return of Mustafa Mohamed to the White Castle.
Shehata explained that Galatasaray stipulated obtaining $1.5 in return for Mustafa Mohamed’s return to Zamalek in the new season.
He added that this amount is not in exchange for a sale transaction, but they want the amount paid in the inclusion of Mustafa Mohamed, which is one and a half million dollars, or approximately 25 million Egyptian pounds.
Mustafa Mohamed joined the Galatasaray team for a season and a half on loan last January for $2 million, with only 6 months left to end the loan.And the fans of Zamalek did not forget the position of Mostafa Mohamed after the loss of the African Champions League against Al-Ahly with two goals without a response in 2019, and his request to leave for professionalism.
And the fans demanded Mustafa Mohamed, nicknamed “Anaconda,” to stay inside the White Castle and help the team compete for the rest of the tournaments, and described what he did by escaping in light of the club’s crisis.
